Satterfield’s Restaurant & Catering, located in the heart of Cahaba Heights, right behind the Summit, is one of Birmingham’s favorite dinner destinations. The freshest and best ingredients, friendly and knowledgeable staff and elegant ambiance ensure that your occasion will be memorable. Pastry chef and owner, Becky Satterfield has built her restaurant upon the principle that fine dining doesn’t have to be pretentious, but that it must be relaxing for each guest and that every possible detail should be attended. The menu is a daily changing mix of “Old World flavors and New World sensibilities” that offers familiar favorites—steaks, fresh seafood, veal, rabbit, quail—served with French, Italian, Spanish or Mediterranean influences.
