Our lovely facility is decorated in a plush British theme, with overstuffed leather wingback chairs, rich wood, and fine portraits. In addition, we feature nightly jazz—and our excellent Nouveau Creole cuisine has won accolades from justifiably renowned local reviewers Tom Fitzmorris and Brett Anderson. Banquet Facilities: Both private & semi-private configurations are available for groups of 5 to 300 guests. Please see large group facilities for more detailed descriptions of available spaces. Also available is a small private dining room within the club, the Major's Room. This lovely space is decorated in rich burgundy & wine tones & features beaded velvet drapes which surround floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the courtyard. The Major's Room Is ideal for groups of 10 to 25 guests.
Private Party Facilities: The Bombay Club has a private dining space right next door in the Valentino Conti House. This lovely private space was designed by James Gallier as an opulent single-family residence in 1835. It is a gorgeous Greek Revival featuring fourteen foot ceilings, period furnishings, original crown moldings & ceiling medallions, an Italian mosaic tile entryway, wrap around balcony and more. It was renovated 2004 at no small expense by the Valentino family. During its first year has already played host to many an upscale party. This facility can hold up to 250 people reception style. The Bombay Club is also available for a complete buyout for groups of up to 175 guests. This will allow the group to enjoy the lovely facility in complete privacy.
