Entertainment: Carnivale offers live music every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday without a cover charge. Wednesdays feature sultry Salsa music and native Latin beats that get the crowd moving and are perfect for dancing: 7:30pm-11:00pm. Fridays are about letting the music transcend you as DJs spin old-school Latin Soul and Funk music: 9:00pm-1:00am. Sunday bands play Latin Jazz, Neo-soul, R&B and Funk and create an atmosphere where you can have good wine, good food and good live music: 6:00pm-9:30pm.
