Don’t let our building fool you, we are an upscale steakhouse right in the heart of Pearland. We are the only restaurant in town serving Allen Brothers USDA prime beef, as well as the prestigious Texas-raised Akaushi Kobe beef. Certified Executive Chef Ron Killen has returned to his home town after training at Le Cordon Bleu and honing his culinary skills throughout the U.S. Our hand-cut steaks are cooked to perfection on a state of the art infrared broiling system that seals in the natural juices of the steak, creating a one of a kind “melt in your mouth” experience. All of our food is prepared fresh daily, using only the finest produce and freshest ingredients. Even our sinfully rich desserts are homemade and the only thing frozen in our kitchen is the ice cream! Come in and see what the whole country is talking about!

We've heard about this restaurant for years and we finally tried it. Our party of 3 dined there at 7pm on a Wednesday night. We didn't think we'd need reservations, but we made them anyway. It's a good thing we did because they had a much larger crowd than expected for mid-week. The dry-aged strip cooked over the mesquite fire was the best we've ever tasted. It was cooked exactly to order and the seasoning was perfect. The side of asparagus was more enjoyable than expected. The service was outstanding - just helpful enough without being overbearing. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. We'll definitely be going back.

We had reservations for 1/13/2012. We were celebrating my Son's birthday and he recent college graduatio. The Crabcakes and Mac-n-cheese were excellent. My wife and I split the 16 oz. Kobe beef ribeye. We were disappointed is the flavor, very expensive for a good but not excelent steak. My son's and his girlfried's steaks were fine. The service was good. We had hoped for the "off the menu" selections as we had on our previous visit.

The food is to die for; from the blueberry salad dressing to the crab cakes and then there are the steaks. OMG! Dessert is a must too. We had the special a spicey pecan pie with homemade chcolate ice cream with a true burbon sauce. A great place for soemthing special as it is a bit pricey.
