Eric's restaurant is located in the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management, at the University of Houston's Hilton. We are a casual dining restaurant with seating for 115+ in the main dining room and bar area. We use only top quality ingredients, wonderfully prepared, at a moderate price. Our operation is unique in the sense that students from the Conrad N. Hilton School of Hotel and Restaurant Management are trained on a hands-on basis in the restaurant.
