Parking Details: Parking lot beside restaurant is first come first serve. Street parking is available when lot is full. Two other parking lots available one block away on Port Republic.
Private Party Facilities: Breakwater Restaurant offers two private dining areas. The Wine Room offers a private dining experience for a party of up to 14. Our semi-private front dining room can accommodate a party of up to 30. For completely private events, Breakwater can accommodate groups from 30-70.
