Executive Chef LeRoy Walker recently bested other area eateries when he was selected as the top Iron Chef in Modesto, CA. If you have not yet discovered this jewel of a restaurant, now would be the time. The atmosphere at the Bistro is unique to Turlock. Its vibrant colors, as well as its colorful staff,reflect the vibrant tastes of each carefully crafted dish. Fabulous and filling luncheon entrees include always popular pasta of the day. Homemade soups are created each morning, as well as crisp and clear salads, including Salad Nicoise and Grilled Chicken Thai Salad. Chicken Marsala is a sure thing for regulars, as is the house-ground hamburger, served on our specialty bun. Daily fresh fish is served in a variety of seasonal preparation.
